In room telephone service enables patients to receive phone calls directly to their rooms, and in case of purchasing outgoing calls service, also make calls from the telephone by their bed. Making calls is part of the in room television and telephone service and it will be available as long as a valid purchased service is available in that room.
Patients will be able to receive incoming calls to their room, even if they haven't purchased the television and telephone service. To start a phone call an external caller must dial +34 913983863 and after that dial desired room's extension number.
To make outgoing calls, once television and telephone service has been purchased, patient just needs to pick up the handset by his bed and dial the desired number (external phone number or internal extension). After purchasing television and telephone service all calls to domestic numbers are included, it is also always possible to call free toll numbers (800/900). All outgoing calls are limited to 10 minutes maximum.
